Designed for medical professionals of all levels seeking focused and individualized learning, each session is tailored to your goals. This is an extraordinary opportunity designed for clinical professionals and trainees seeking individualized training with cadaveric specimens, and it is a fantastic and unique chance to invest and dedicate your time to your  improvement as a medical professional and provider in a significant way.

Starting Fall of 2026, Dr Patricia Oyole  disponibilizes some days for private One to One Mentorships at the Craniofacial RSC.

With a one to one private session you have the chance to customize the time to your individual professional needs. Here are some examples of what can be accomplished:

• Practice and test new techniques,
• Practice procedures you are resisting to perform in patients,
• Practice advanced injectable procedures,
• Dissect areas, visualize and manipulate anatomical structures,
• Cross check and test surgical accesses,
• Practice incisions and sutures,
• Reverse engineer procedures you can’t seem to master to understand why,
• Make mistakes on purpose – simulate accidents,
• Watch and repeat after Dr O’s dissections,
• Have Dr O dissect areas you want to study clinically in detail,
• Hands-on anatomy learning – and so much more.

Here is how it works:

• BOOK  SESSION: First, you select a day at your convenience – see the availability on schedule – and book it.
• ONE TO ONE FORM: You will get an email from us, with the “One to One Mentorship Form”  where you will fill some basic info and objectives.
• OTO CONFERENCE CALL: You will receive options for booking a day/time to have a private conference call with Dr O prior to your One to One Mentorship Day – taking under consideration your time zone. This is a planning session where you should detail further your objectives based on your interests and goals.
• ONLINE LECTURES SESSION INCLUDED:  In order to maximize the hands-on time during your One to One Mentorship day, if some lecture prep material or didactic refreshing is needed, Dr O will plan along you during the conference call to have it done live and online before your OTO Mentorship day.
• TAILORING OF YOUR ONE TO ONE DAY: Dr Oyole along the Craniofacial RSC team will tailor your Mentorship, and the team will create the session agenda just for you.
• YOUR PRIVATE ONE TO ONE DAY: You will be greeted by Dr O and team at the Craniofacial RSC CadLab in Miami. Come ready to have an extremely intense and productive day.
• WHAT IS INCLUDED: You will have a specimen only for yourself. Simulation materials, PPEs, supplies, instruments and all else you might need for your One to One Mentorship day: all included. Lunch, coffee break snacks, certificate of attendance and a special swag bag are also included.
• Dr O will be with you for the day and will either use another specimen or segments of videos to illustrate orientations, so she can help you directly with your techniques training and with your own dissections.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Because we take your privacy very seriously, the One to One Mentorships are provided under NDA by default, but if students want to take pictures and share some of their day activities while at the Craniofacial RSC, they are welcome to do so*.
• Rescheduling of your session is not a problem. In the adversity that your original One to One booked day becomes conflicted on your schedule, email us and we will be happy to reschedule your day according to Dr Oyole’s availability. NO investment is lost at the Craniofacial RSC.
• Dr Oyole has a basic outline for private sessions that might help guide the attendee during the conference call the precedes the One to One Session,
• The objective is to maximize your hands-on time with the *Cephalospec Cadaver specimen the day of your session. Either if needed or if you would like so, private lecturing and didactics might be booked directly with Dr O for up to 3 private hours. These can be scheduled during your OOO Conference Call, as these should be done and completed prior your hands-on day.
• Breaks and lunch are scheduled based on the form information you fill out once your session is booked, so not standardized as we have on group sessions and courses.
• Sessions are originally tailored for a single attendee. Iff you would like to schedule a private group session, email us at info@craniofacialstudycenter.com and we might be able to tailor it for you as well
• *Cadaver specimens have legal restrictions as far as pictures and videos taking and sharing and for this reasons we can’t allow students to take pictures or videos of cadaveric specimens.
• A special swag bag has been prepared just for the One on One sessions. If you are part of the Craniofacial RSC Alumni or have ever attended any sessions with Dr O, you know what that means already 😉
