Dr O is the creator and founder of the Craniofacial RSC. She has developed and refined both the Perfusion process that turns cryopreserved specimens into the Cephalospec and the formulas that are used for that - and each of the variations of it. 

She is also the lead Professor for the Craniofacial RSC Faculty and teaches the Advanced Facial Anatomy monthly, which is the lead and most popular CE Course of the Craniofacial RSC.

  Dr O has created the Patient Safety Committee, has accredited the Craniofacial RSC with an Independent IRB granted by the National Institute of Health and sits at the NADO Council of the American Association of Tissue Banks, where she actively participates on decisions and standards for the ethical use of human tissue for non-transplant purposes. 

Dr O is very enthusiastic and personally involved with the Craniofacial RSC, as this is a multi-services venture that combines both her experience and passion.

Dr Perdomo has been involved with every aspect of the Craniofacial RSC since it was still a project, as he is an academic mentor and long time advisor and co-worker of Dr O's. 

Dr Perdomo's experience goes beyond his outstanding clinical expertise, as he's the Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Dental Education at Larkin Community Hospital where he created and accredited the only Dental Residency Program available, and he is also the Director of the Pre-Dental Program at the University of Miami and has stepped down as the Florida Board of Dentistry Chairman position a few years ago, after serving the State Department of Health as a Board member for 10 years and still does, as part of their advisory councils. 

Dr Perdomo is directly or indirectly involved on all major decisions at the Craniofacial RSC.

As an attorney specialized in Contracts Law and with over 30 years of globalized experience in several legal angles of Healthcare, Marcelo oversees and supervises all legal aspects of the operations, projects, partnerships and services at the Craniofacial RSC, as well as guarantees the rightful protection of the Intellectual  Property created, developed and generated by our Faculty and Researchers - for both our team and partners. 

  Marcelo Godke, along his own multi-talented Law office team, makes sure we can provide the Craniofacial RSC's clients and partners the best of our services with the highest ethical standards and the most efficient legal support we've ever seen.

Rosa is a Pharmacist and has impressive organizational skills. 

Fluent in multiple languages, she's been the administrative core of the Craniofacial RSC lab since its beginning, and she coordinates the academic grid that keeps our Faculty delivering their best. 

João Trein Jr., MD, MPH, is an Ophthalmologist with focus on cataract and vitreoretinal surgery, with over 20 years of expertise in surgical and clinical practice, research, and medical education. 

Dr. Trein holds a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a focus on drug and medical device development. He has worked with several companies in drug development, leveraging his expertise in global regulatory affairs, clinical research ethics, and drug safety. His extensive experience includes leading global ophthalmology trials across Latin America, reflecting his commitment to advancing the field internationally. 

Currently based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Dr. Trein has partnered wit Dr O at the Craniofacial RSC and contributes to the development of advanced surgical techniques, fostering mainly the education in surgical training. 

At the Craniofacial RSC, Dr Trein leads the Surgical Training programs that utilize the Cephalospec for all surgical specialties of the head & Neck, where he combines his passion for innovation with a dedication to improving patient care and advancing medical science.

Dr Neto is a Prosthodontist with extensive experience in Clinical Practice and for the last 10 years he's become a nationwide leading instructor for all candidates of Dental Licensure Exams and Hands-on tests. 

Dr Neto's technical knowledge and ability are unparalleled. His hands-on training courses for tests have consistently held the highest passing rate over the years, and he's personally mastered his academic strategies and style, which have brought him to join the Craniofacial RSC Team not only as Faculty but as a leader for all Dentistry related training programs. 

Other than that, Dr Neto holds his private practice part time in Coral Gables and he personally presents a series of CE hands-On Courses in house, which enriches and compliments all other medical specialties of the Head & Neck at the Craniofacial RSC. 

Jennifer F. Williams is a seasoned Senior Finance and Project Management Leader with over 15 years of experience, particularly in clinical research, quality control and operational efficiency. At Ora, Inc., she led strategic growth projects, focusing on financial management, patient diversification, and operational improvements within the life sciences sector. Her years on Wall Street in the Capital Markets bolstered her excellence in driving relevant projects, and her expertise in project management, risk management, and strategic planning has consistently resulted in significant cost savings, revenue growth and valuable relationships for all organizations involved. Additionally, she has successfully directed special projects, executed major divestitures, and ensured seamless integration and operational optimization across clinical research initiatives.

La Dottoressa Marina è radiologa e specialista in microbiologia dei processi infiammatori, essendo un riferimento personale per la Dra Patricia Oyole e una grande collaboratrice nei nostri progetti di ricerca per la prevenzione, l'identificazione e il trattamento delle complicanze su diverse aree di trattamenti Craniofacciale.
